Integration with Prometheus and Grafana
The IO River Exporter for Prometheus allows customers who rely on Prometheus to monitor their infrastructure to include their IO River delivery and security platform. It translate the IO River services and metrics to Prometheus-compatible format, bringing your edge metrics to your favorite monitoring tools.
IO River MCP Server
The IO River MCP server exposes your IO River account as a set of AI-callable tools via the Model Context Protocol. It allows AI assistants (such as Claude) to manage CDN services, traffic policies, certificates, monitors, analytics, and more — all through natural language.
SSO: SAML and OAuth2
IO River supports any identity provider that supports the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) protocol, to manage access to your IO River account. Specifically, you can connect your SAML-based IAM solution, such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, OneLogin, and PingIdentity.
OpenTelemetry
IO River supports OpenTelemetry, using a standard Collector from Prometheus. Use the IO River Prometheus exporter to collect metrics and statistics about your IO River account and services, and send these to your OpenTelemetry observability tool, such as Datadgo, New Relic, and Dynatrace.
